Terms and Conditions

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NextSecure grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our FiveM Anti-Cheat Loader and related obfuscated code (the "Service") solely for your internal server protection purposes.

2. Restrictions

• You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying structure of the Service.
• You shall not modify, tamper with, bypass, disable, or circumvent any security mechanisms or obfuscation applied to the Service.
• You shall not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the Service or any portion thereof to any third party.

3. Fees and Payment

Use of the Service requires payment of applicable license fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your license.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of NextSecure or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of NextSecure.

5. Termination, Suspension, and Discontinuation

NextSecure reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license and access to the Service immediately upon written notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and destroy all copies in your possession.

Additionally, NextSecure may, at its sole discretion and without notice or cause, suspend or revoke your license for any reason or no reason. Such suspension or revocation shall not entitle you to any refund or liability from NextSecure.

NextSecure may discontinue or retire the Service in whole or in part at any time, without notice and without refund, including for customers who have purchased lifetime licenses. Upon discontinuation, all rights to use the Service shall immediately cease, and you agree that no compensation or reimbursement will be due.

6. Prohibition Against Assisting Cheat Developers

You agree not to assist, facilitate, or collaborate with any third-party cheat or exploit developers in creating, improving, or distributing unauthorized modifications or hacks. Any such assistance will result in immediate suspension of your license.

7. Prohibition of DDoS Attacks Against Our Service

You are strictly prohibited from using any means to launch distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or similar malicious activities against our Service. If it is determined that you have engaged in such activities, your license will be immediately suspended, and further legal action may be pursued.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. NEXTSECURE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NEXTSECURE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction or, if not specified, the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
